Please submit your application with a $250 security deposit and $100 application fee to Centennial Place (new applicants only). The security deposit is refundable until the agreement is signed and will then be held by the manager of Centennial Place for the term of the agreement, subject to the provisions of the agreement. The application fee is not refundable. For this online application, payment of security deposit and application fee must be credit. To pay with certified cheque or debit card please contact the Centennial Place office.
Accommodations are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. The acceptance of this application does not ensure an accommodation. An accommodation is reserved only upon execution of the agreement by all parties.
After you have completed your application, the Residence Office will send you your Residence Agreement to review, sign, and submit to our Office. Once you have received it, please scan your signed Agreement and submit electronically in PDF form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send screenshots or phone images of your Agreement in place of a scanned PDF copy.
